Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a loaner coordinator for our busy service department. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Join our family-owned dealership to provide a luxury experience to internal and external customers, while maintaining the loaner fleet and ensuring a smooth service process. The role emphasizes organization, customer care, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
