Fields Auto Group is seeking a reliable loaner coordinator for our busy service department in Lynnwood. This full-time, benefits-eligible position supports a luxury dealership experience by greeting customers, managing the loaner fleet, and coordinating with service staff.

The role requires friendly, professional appearance, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask with customers, vendors, and employees.
• Hours: Tuesday–Friday 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Saturday 8:00 am–6:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
