Job summary

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood, part of Fields Auto Group, is seeking a positive loaner coordinator to support our busy service department. This full-time role includes benefits and a welcoming, professional work culture.

You will meet and greet guests, direct them to the right team, manage the loaner fleet, inspect returns, and keep the service drive clear throughout the day.

Hours are Tue–Fri 7:30 am–4:30 pm and Sat 8:00 am–6:00 pm. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask across tasks and people.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
