Job summary

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is seeking a friendly loaner coordinator to support our busy service department and deliver a luxury guest experience. This full-time role offers benefits and a stable schedule.

You will greet guests, manage the loaner fleet, keep the parking area organized, check vehicles in and out, and coordinate with service staff to maintain smooth operations. Prior customer service and Microsoft Office experience are valued.

• Friendly, personable, professional appearance.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's
• Check guests into loaner vehicles
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
