Job summary

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is hiring a loaner coordinator to support our busy service department and provide a luxury guest experience. You will greet guests, manage the loaner fleet, and keep the parking area organized while coordinating with service staff.

This full-time position offers benefits, schedule Tue-Fri and Sat shifts, and pay $20.00–$22.00 per hour DOE. Applicant should be friendly, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be proficient with MS Office to track

• Friendly, personable and professional appearance.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and employees while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers professionally; open the door for guests as they arrive.
• Help provide guests with directions to the appropriate team member.
• Keep loaner fleet organized and track vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking lot with CVP's.
• Check guests into loaner vehicles.
• Check / Inspect loaner vehicles being returned.
• Keep loaner fleet clean and perform weekly (Friday) inventory checks.
• Ability to shuttle customers if needed.
• Help keep service drive clear of vehicles throughout the day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
