You will manage the fleet, assist customers through agreements and check-in/out, and demonstrate vehicle features to ensure a seamless mobility solution in a fast-paced setting.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Position Overview: As a Service Loaner Concierge, you are the face of our service department’s premium loaner vehicle experience. You will oversee the daily management, deployment, and care of our dual-brand Ford and Hyundai alternate transportation fleets.

Your mission is to elevate the service experience by providing seamless, hospitable, and high-efficiency mobility solutions for our customers—ensuring every customer drives away in a clean, safe, and fully prepared Hyundai or Ford vehicle while their personal vehicle is in for service.
