Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared, served, and that the crew is well trained and supported.

You will help keep a clean, organized line and assist with various duties including scheduling and training. The role requires hands-on leadership, familiarity with cash handling, and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Formación

• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Support office administration tasks as needed.
