Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant crew well trained and delivering strong customer service. You will maintain a clean, organized line and supervise line equipment, with duties that include scheduling, training, and helping with office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; support training of the crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and cross-training of front-of-house staff.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies are ordered.
