Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and support daily operations on shift.

You’ll guide crew in food safety, assist with breaks and line schedules, and help develop future leaders while contributing to a friendly, efficient dining environment in our New Baltimore location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line and ensure high quality, safe food.
• Help resolve food quality issues and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration duties and ensure supplies are stocked.
