Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Effingham, IL is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served and to keep the crew trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.

You will monitor line operations, support food safety protocols, resolve incidents, and develop front-of-house staff into future leaders while assisting with office duties and maintaining a well-organized restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor time and temperature on the line.
• Resolve customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration and keep supplies stocked.
