Responsibilities include enforcing food safety, assisting with customer incidents, and supporting crew scheduling and development. The role emphasizes leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Monitor food safety and glove changes, time/temperature, shelf lives, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Perform office administration duties and manage office supplies.
