Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You will keep a clean, organized line and support day-to-day operations on the floor and in the office.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and process adherence, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders and participate in office administration tasks.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered as needed.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available.
