Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by delivering safe, high‑quality food and by training the restaurant crew. You’ll manage a clean, efficient line and stay on your feet helping with tasks when not busy.

You will lead front‑of‑house operations, coach team members, supervise breaks and shifts, and support department tasks. The role emphasizes Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and career growth within the restaurant system.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf life monitoring, and daily food safety checklist.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure adequate quantity of supplies on hand.
