Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained staff. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and support service with proactive task completion throughout shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office tasks, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven, people-first company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Cash handling policies and procedures knowledge.
• Familiarity with basic office paperwork.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
