Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You will keep the service line clean, monitor equipment, and guide team members in food safety policies while supporting daily operations.

You’ll contribute to staff development, performance reviews, and cross-training, helping to shape future Service Leaders. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role in a fast-casual kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality, safe food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized service line and functioning equipment.
• Train and develop the front-of-house crew.
• Support crew scheduling and shift changes.
• Assist with office tasks and ordering of supplies.
