Job summary

Qualifications

• Food safety knowledge and health department matters
• Cash handling policies and procedures
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders
• Assist with office administration duties and supplies
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked
