Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You’ll maintain a clean line, manage shifts, and support front-of-house operations while promoting Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

You will lead training, monitor food safety practices, resolve incidents, and assist with administrative duties. This role emphasizes strong customer service and leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Restaurant experience and ability to train front-of-house crew.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is served and crew is well trained.
• Keep line clean and equipment functioning; monitor time and temperatures for safety.
• Resolve customer incidents and monitor crew breaks, shifts, and schedules.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders.
• Support office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
