Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and delivers excellent service. The role keeps a clean, organized line and supervises daily line operations.

You will be on your feet during shifts, evaluate tasks, support crew, and help with breaks, meetings, and shift schedules while upholding our Food With Integrity philosophy and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Successful Food With Integrity philosophy understanding
• Experience in food safety and health department matters
• Restaurant service experience and cash handling experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents
• Monitor line, shifts, breaks, meetings and schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development
• Handle office administration tasks and supplies management
