• Help resolve food quality issues and uphold food safety standards.
• Monitor line temperatures, hand washing, glove changes, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Address customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
