Qualifications

• Must understand Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience handling cash and POS systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters is required.
• Ability to read/write in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive customer experience by serving safe, high-quality food.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support office duties as needed.
• Address customer incidents to ensure a positive outcome.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and uphold restaurant standards.
