Chipotle Mexican Grill in Wixom, MI is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and a well trained restaurant crew.

You will keep the line clean and efficient, monitor equipment, coach front-of-house staff, coordinate breaks and shifts, and help develop future Service Leaders.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist adherence.
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front‑of‑house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
