Chipotle Mexican Grill in Muskegon, MI seeks a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and exceptional guest service. You will lead the restaurant crew, maintain a clean line, and uphold all safety policies while training team members to excel in service.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, staff development, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities to advance within a values-driven, people-first organization.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks).
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash policies).
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in order.
