Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. You will keep a clean, organized line and supervise on-the-floor operations with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes and temperature checks.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered.
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
