Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a fast-casual restaurant brand seeking a Service Leader to uphold high standards of food safety and guest experience in a busy restaurant. The role includes coaching the crew, maintaining a clean line, and ensuring timely service while supporting front-of-house operations and administrative duties.

You will participate in ongoing training, help resolve incidents, manage breaks and shift changes, and contribute to a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the work location language.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop the front of house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support office administration duties as needed.
• Assist with cashiering, banking policies, and inventory of supplies.
