Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe and high-quality food, train and support the restaurant crew, and maintain a clean, efficient line. The role emphasizes customer service, safety compliance, and proactive task management on shift.

You will develop front-of-house staff, participate in performance reviews, and assist with office duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling practices and procedures.
• Understanding of food safety requirements and health department rules.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record keeping.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the work location language(s).
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and properly functioning equipment.
• Support food safety by monitoring time/temperature and hand washing.
• Resolve customer incidents and foster positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Handle miscellaneous office tasks and paperwork as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and functioning.
