Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and training a strong restaurant crew. The role involves maintaining a clean line, supporting food safety, and assisting with crew operations and development.

Ideal candidates will have restaurant experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delicious, high-quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Monitor and assist with customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
