Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and superb customer service. You will maintain an organized line, supervise crew, and assist with training and performance reviews.

The role requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience. You will be on your feet, supporting daily operations, breaks, and line schedules while promoting Chipotle’s philosophy of food integrity.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know and apply cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and stocked; ensure equipment is functioning.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support scheduling, breaks, and line staffing; assist with office duties as needed.
• Develop future Service Leaders through coaching and mentoring.
