Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served while training the restaurant crew for excellent customer service. You’ll maintain a clean, organized line and support crew scheduling and shift changes.

Responsibilities include addressing food quality issues, monitoring time/ temp, and assisting with office tasks. The role focuses on developing future Service Leaders and upholding Chipotle’s standards.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Able to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew on breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office tasks: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Assist in obtaining future Service Leaders and maintain standards.
