Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience and ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also focuses on training the restaurant crew and maintaining a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.

The Service Leader will monitor shifts, assist with crew performance reviews, and contribute to office administration as needed. Strong knowledge of food safety and cash handling is essential.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support management in daily operations.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
