Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Portsmouth, NH is hiring a Service Leader who ensures safe, high-quality food and delivers a great customer experience. The role keeps the line clean, trains crew, and supports daily operations.

You will monitor food safety, assist with scheduling, and help with office tasks as needed. The position requires a high school diploma and restaurant experience; you will develop future leaders and participate in performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety which includes hand washing, glove changes, and temperature monitoring.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Helping to monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment remains functional and supplies are ordered.
• Ensuring the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed.
