Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader in the United States to ensure safe, high-quality food is prepared and served while training the restaurant crew for excellent customer service. The role requires leadership on the line, maintaining cleanliness, and stepping in to complete tasks when not busy.

The Service Leader will champion food safety, monitor line operations, and support crew development and performance reviews to build future leaders.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Being on your feet while clocked in and assisting with other tasks when not busy.
• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitoring breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front of house crew.
• Assisting with crew performance reviews and with future Service Leaders.
