Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.

You will keep the line clean and ensure equipment functions properly while clocked in, and assist with other tasks during slower periods. You will lead crew development, conduct training, monitor shifts, and help with performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the restaurant line clean and well organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervising crew and assisting with scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Developing future Service Leaders and cross-training front-of-house Crew.
• Managing office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
