The role involves hands-on supervision, line management, and supporting various front-of-house tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, coaching crew, scheduling, and assisting with office duties as needed.

Qualificações

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, reading, and understanding the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma and restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist when busy.
• Evaluate tasks and help others with them when not busy.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and cash handling policies.
• Ensure office equipment operates properly and supplies are ordered.
