Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience while ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. The role also trains and supports the restaurant crew, maintains a clean line, and ensures proper line operations.

The Service Leader will monitor schedules, assist with crew performance reviews, and help develop future leaders while handling basic office tasks and ensuring supplies and equipment are functional.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with development of future leaders.
