Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, monitoring equipment, and stepping in to assist when busy.

You will work to resolve customer incidents, manage crew schedule changes, and support ongoing staff development. This position requires on-your-feet work and a proactive approach to tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line equipment and ensure it is clean and functioning.
• Maintain positive customer experiences and handle incidents.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and training across front-of-house operations.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
