Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality, tasty food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and maintain safety standards.
• Monitor line time/temperature and glove changes.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shifts, and line scheduling.
• Develop and cross-train front‑of‑house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support with miscellaneous office administration tasks.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are functioning and stocked.
