Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment and assist with line schedules.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and performance reviews.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with training new hires.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure proper inventory and supplies.
