Responsibilities include supervising breaks and schedules, cross-training front-of-house staff, and assisting with office duties. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety requirements and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew on shifts.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist as needed.
• Develop front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration, banking, and paperwork.
