Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while the crew is well trained and customer service is strong. The role requires hands-on leadership on the line and involvement in occasional office tasks and scheduling.

You will help monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules, and contribute to crew development and future leadership pathways within a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the work location language.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and schedule line duties.
• Support office administration tasks like banking and paperwork as needed.
