Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while keeping the restaurant line clean and organized.

The role includes training crew, monitoring schedules, and supporting cash handling and food safety policies. The Service Leader will help resolve food quality issues, supervise breaks and shift changes, and develop front-of-house staff for future leadership roles, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and record-keeping.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with functioning equipment; train crew.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with office duties.
• Support crew performance reviews and develop future leaders.
• Assist with miscellaneous banking and cash handling policies.
