Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food and well‑trained crew. The role involves keeping the line organized, supervising shifts, and guiding front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will contribute to food safety, monitor schedules, and participate in administrative tasks while supporting managers in developing future leaders. Prior experience in restaurants is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Understand cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and general administrative duties.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience with safe, quality food.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; supervise crew on shift.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Address customer incidents and work to ensure positive experiences.
• Ensure food safety practices including hand washing, glove changes, and temp checks.
