Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained, the line is clean and organized, and that tasks are completed efficiently.

The Service Leader will monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules while contributing to crew development and office duties. This position emphasizes food safety and excellent guest service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Have familiarity with office paperwork
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment
• Assist with crew training and development
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Support food safety procedures and daily food safety checklist compliance
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
• Assist with office administration and paperwork as needed
• Maintain invoices and supplies as necessary
• Assist with performance reviews and development of future leaders
• Support with banking and cash handling policies
