Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and train front of house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks such as banking, cash handling and paperwork.
