Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew scheduling and shifts; assist with breaks and line coverage.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks such as banking and cash handling policies.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Support crew through training and development of future Service Leaders.
