Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, well-organized line and supervise crew training and schedules, while supporting office tasks as needed.

The role requires hands-on leadership with a focus on food safety, customer service, and developing future Service Leaders. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with office duties and paperwork.
• Resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
