Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Service Leader to uphold fast-casual standards, ensure safe and high-quality food, and train the restaurant crew for excellent guest service. You will keep the line clean, organized, and compliant with food safety policies while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash and following cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with routine office paperwork and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and functioning line equipment.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with future leadership development.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are kept in working order.
• Adhere to policies and procedures while delivering great guest service.
