Responsibilities

• Help resolve food quality issues promptly.
• Support food safety by monitoring hand washing, glove changes, and times on the line.
• Address customer incidents and strive for positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Cross-train front-of-house Crew and participate in performance reviews.
