Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• The Service Leader ensures safe, quality food is prepared and served and that the crew is well trained.
• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Monitor line time and temp, shelf lives, and complete Daily Food Safety checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Front of House Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support with office administration duties and inventory of supplies.
