Chipotle Mexican Grill in Waynesboro, VA is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a great guest experience, high-quality food, and well-trained crew. On your feet, you will prep, serve, and supervise to keep our line clean and efficient.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor line activity, and support training and development of front-of-house staff, while upholding safety and customer service standards. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Able to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve high-quality food while following policy and health standards.
• Support food safety duties including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line scheduling to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
