Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and food safety standards are followed.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with office administration and inventory.
